Natasha Bedingfield Rocks the Today Show She always brings a ray of sunshine wherever she goes, and this morning (August 21) Natasha Bedingfield brightened up the morning at the “Today” show. The “Unwritten” songstress looked to be in fine form as she performed a selection of her hits and hammed it up with Matt Lauer on the air. And while there were plenty of fans to welcome Natasha to Rockefeller Center, it seems she had trouble attracting a crowd for a concert in Bermuda earlier this month.
According to a report, promoters of a show in Bermuda postponed it at the last minute because of slow ticket sales. The show will take place in September at a smaller venue. One of the promoters told press, “It’s the kind of place Bermuda is, it’s what the people are like. No one acts quickly, so they miss out. It’s why bigger promoters don’t bring bigger and better shows to Bermuda. As promoters we’d love tickets to be sold as quickly as possible then we’d know what we are dealing with.”
Her latest offering ‘Say It Again’, the third single to be taken from her critically acclaimed chart topping second album ‘N.B’, is no exception to this rule. Natasha Bedingfield co-wrote ‘Say It Again’ with Adam Levine (Maroon 5), and co-produced it with Mike Ellizondo (Dr Dre, Alanis Morisette). An uplifting song about falling for that elusive one, ‘Say It Again’ is reflective yet upbeat, and romantic without being saccharine sweet. Natasha regularly contributes to YouTube as “uknatashabedingfield”. Another song that has gotten international acclaim is pocketful of sunshine. DSTV has used it for promoting their station.
